Tendering and Contracting Engineer

Studying project pricing and preparing technical offers. Ensure all contracts comply with legal, regulatory, and company standards. Conduct risk assessments for new contracts and propose solutions to mitigate identified risks. Coordinate with projects managers, legal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure all contractual obligations are understood and met. Full tender process: RFQ, negotiation, evaluation financial and technical offers submitted, Draft, review, and finalize contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are clear and legally sound. Negotiate contract terms with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to achieve favorable  terms for the company. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contracts and related documentation. Prepare reports on contract status, highlighting any issues or potential areas of concern. Provide support to project management teams by ensuring contracts are executed properly and project milestones are met. Contractors and consultant’s Invoices revision.
