Utility Manager

Oversee the operation, maintenance, and performance of electrical distribution systems, including substations, transformers, switchgear, and power networks across all project sites. Manage utilities operations including electricity distribution, water supply coordination, and related infrastructure services. Ensure continuous and reliable power supply across projects, minimizing downtime and operational disruptions. Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans for all utilities and electrical systems. Monitor system performance, identify risks or faults, and ensure timely troubleshooting and resolution. Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and engineering best practices. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and service providers for maintenance, upgrades, and new installations. Review technical designs, shop drawings, and specifications related to utilities and electrical distribution. Support project teams during construction, testing, commissioning, and handover phases. Manage operational budgets, control costs, and ensure efficient utilization of resources. Ensure proper documentation of systems, maintenance records, and technical reports. Collaborate with HSE teams to enforce safety standards and ensure safe working environments. Prepare periodic reports on system performance, incidents, and operational KPIs for management review.
