WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS This role exists to build a real BD function: mapping the market, opening doors, qualifying opportunities, and moving prospects through to signed contracts. This is a hunter role. You will own the pipeline from first contact to close, working closely with the founders and the creative team to position dot’s services compellingly and win the right clients. WHAT YOU WILL DO Pipeline Development Research and identify target clients across dot’s four service lines: Branding, Performance Marketing, E-commerce, and Doterior (Booths Designs) Build and maintain a structured prospect list with regular outreach rituals. Generate leads through cold outreach, networking, events, and referral activation Qualify inbound leads and move them efficiently through the pipeline Pitching & Closing Lead or co-lead client meetings, presentations, and proposals Negotiate terms and close contracts in line with agency pricing and positioning Manage the full sales cycle from first conversation to signed agreement Market Intelligence Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging client segments Track and report pipeline status, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts weekly Client Handover Ensure a clean handover to the account management teams Stay involved through the onboarding stage to protect client experience and relationship continuity
