E-Commerce Sales Manager
Position Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven E-Commerce Sales Manager to lead and manage a sales team responsible for handling customer inquiries, converting leads into sales, and achieving monthly revenue targets.
The sales process is conducted through a CRM-based communication system where all customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities are tracked and monitored. The Sales Manager will be responsible for ensuring team accountability, maintaining high performance standards, and continuously improving conversion rates and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Team Management
Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team on a daily basis.
Monitor individual and team performance through CRM reports and dashboards.
Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
Ensure adherence to company sales processes and communication standards.
Develop action plans to improve underperforming team members.
Sales Performance & Revenue Growth
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Monitor conversion rates and sales KPIs across the team.
Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Ensure proper lead management and follow-up execution.
Improve customer journey and sales efficiency.
CRM Monitoring & Compliance
Monitor all sales conversations, activities, and follow-ups through the CRM system.
Ensure every lead is handled according to company standards.
Review communication quality and sales practices regularly.
Maintain accurate records and reporting within the CRM.
Enforce accountability and transparency across the sales team.
Process Improvement
Optimize sales scripts and communication strategies.
Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and implement solutions.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead quality and customer experience.
Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and profitability.
Reporting & Analytics
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Track key sales metrics and team productivity.
Forecast sales performance and identify trends.
Present recommendations based on performance data.
