Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning
Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive workplace culture
Oversee performance management, training, and leadership development programs
Administer compensation, benefits, and compliance with labor laws
Maintain HR documentation, policies, and organizational charts .
Administrative Management:
Supervise office operations, facilities management, and administrative staff.
Ensure smooth execution of travel arrangements, procurement, and inventory management
Monitor timekeeping systems, payroll coordination, and employee records
Develop and update internal policies, handbooks, and compliance procedures .
Strategic Planning and Leadership:
Collaborate with senior management to align HR and administrative strategies with business objectives
Lead, mentor, and coach HR and administrative teams to enhance performance and engagement
Plan and execute HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and policy implementations
Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes, policies, and practices for efficiency and compliance
