-Inspection of the equipment to ensure proper installation. -Inspect the operating parts to ensure proper operation within documented tolerance. -Troubleshoot the machine faults repair or replace defective spare parts to maintain the machine maximum quality output. -Professionally communicate with customers to explain the equipment situation and gather customer requirements. -Provide the end user training to ensure excellent performance of the equipment.
