Following up with the purchasing department to arrange the shipments according to the plans. Dealing with the different forwarder agents and reaching the best shipping rate and schedule.  Registering the shipments on Nafeza to get the ACID number Reviewing and modifying the shipping documents to confirm their compliance with the regulations and agreed upon terms.  Following up with the brokers the clearance procedures to make sure the shipments are cleared on time Handling the shipping procedures of the samples and the documents from and to the suppliers/customers/brokers through the different couriers.
