Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software issues on-site or in the workshop.
Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine servicing and cleaning to minimize equipment downtime.
Installation & Setup: Install new machines and configure network settings, including IP addresses, Scan to Folder, and Scan to Email.
Parts Management: Replace consumables and spare parts (Drums, Fusers, Rollers, etc.) and maintain an accurate inventory of tools and parts.
Customer Support: Provide technical guidance on basic machine operations and troubleshooting.
