Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee Hajj and Umrah programs from planning to execution. Coordinate with travel partners, suppliers, airlines, hotels, and relevant authorities. Lead and supervise the religious tourism team. Ensure compliance with tourism regulations and company policies. Develop operational strategies to improve service quality and efficiency.
