Overview: As our Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of our business expansion, blending strategic marketing prowess with aggressive sales execution. You will be instrumental in identifying new opportunities, developing compelling campaigns, and nurturing strong client relationships to ensure sustained success in the Egyptian market. Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Lead all aspects of business development, from market research and competitor analysis to identifying new leads and forging strategic partnerships. Oversee the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and qualification to negotiation and closing deals, ensuring exceptional customer experience. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, factories, major warehouses, and logistics companies (B2B). Oversee the preparation of technical and commercial proposals for large-scale projects and tenders, and personally lead the closing of major deals. Design and implement innovative marketing campaigns across various channels, enhancing brand visibility and engagement. Conduct thorough marketing research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes, informing strategic decisions. Manage and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Managing and training subordinates, enhancing their skills, participating in developing training programs for all members of the sales and marketing team, improving their skills, and evaluating and improving their performance. This includes building the sales and marketing team, setting goals, and monitoring the performance of sales representatives. Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and marketing effectiveness to senior management. Skills & Technologies: This role demands a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, leveraging your expertise in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development.
