Job Description الوصف الوظيفي
JOB OVERVIEW: The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales and growth across tours, day trips, and travel activities. This role ensures seamless excursion logistics, optimized pricing, and exceptional guest experiences while building and managing partnerships with travel agencies, hotels, and corporate clients. The job holder will lead the team, execute sales initiatives, and act as the primary point of contact for key partners and stakeholders. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage and implement comprehensive sales strategies targeting both B2B and B2C clients, with measurable KPIs to drive bookings, revenue growth, and market share. Leverage expertise in excursion logistics, pricing strategies, and guest behavior to optimize revenue, enhance customer satisfaction, and maximize repeat business. Build, maintain, and expand relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, hotels, and corporate clients, positioning the company as a preferred partner in the market. Oversee and manage the sales pipeline for day trips, tours, and travel activities, ensuring targets are consistently met or exceeded. Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver innovative travel experiences, aligning product offerings with market demand and customer expectations. Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and revenue streams. Prepare detailed reports and conduct sales performance analysis to support the strategic decisions and optimize business outcomes. Mentor and guide team members to develop their skills, enhance productivity, and foster a high-performance culture. Location: Pyramids Area. Please note that this role require visits to other company locations when needed (Shahrazad Hotel ‘Agouza’, 5A ‘Fifth Settlement’)
