Role Overview
The Senior Key Account Manager will be responsible for driving international sales growth, expanding global markets, and managing key client relationships within the logistics and export sector.
Key Responsibilities
Research and explore potential global markets to expand sales opportunities
Identify, approach, and convert prospects into long-term customers
Follow up with clients to expand and strengthen the customer base
Handle customer sales inquiries and manage full request cycles
Study export & logistics markets to identify new business opportunities
Develop and maintain a structured customer database and sales information system
Continuously penetrate new markets and strengthen the company’s international brand presence
Coordinate and follow up on logistics processes and shipment procedures
