Sales Support
Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
Support the sales team in processing customer inquiries and requests.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to obtain required information.
Ensure timely submission of quotations and sales documentation.
CRM & Data Management
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
Track sales opportunities, pipelines, and project status.
Ensure all sales activities and customer interactions are accurately recorded.
Generate regular sales reports and dashboards.
Order Processing & Coordination
Coordinate sales orders with Finance, Logistics, and Service departments.
Monitor order progress from receipt to delivery.
Follow up on customer purchase orders and required documentation.
Ensure all sales files are properly maintained and archived.
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
Analyze sales data and provide insights on trends and opportunities.
Monitor sales targets and achievement progress.
Support forecasting and budgeting activities.
Customer Support
Act as a focal point for customer communications regarding quotations and orders.
Ensure prompt responses to customer requests.
Maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication.
Process Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and efficiency.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
