Responsibilities:
Lead the technical office functions on-site, providing crucial support to project teams.
Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and other project documentation.
Prepare quantity take-offs and material requests.
Coordinate between design teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure accurate and timely information flow.
Manage and organize project data, reports, and communications effectively utilizing Microsoft Office Suite.
Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during construction, proposing innovative and practical solutions.
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Prepare and review contractor invoices ensuring compliance with contract terms and BOQ.
