1- Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, site visits, and market research to build a robust sales pipeline.
2- Conduct site visits to understand customer needs and provide basic technical advice on panel components and configurations.
3- Maintain updated records of sales activities, site visits, and client feedback
4- Follow up on receivables to ensure healthy cash flow, acting as a liaison between the client's procurement and the company's finance team.
5- Facilitate the "kick-off" meeting between Sales and Production once an order is won, ensuring all approved shop drawings and special client requests are clearly communicated.
6- Act as the first point of contact for technical troubleshooting or warranty claims, coordinating with the service team to resolve site issues promptly.
