Transportation & Accommodation:
Manage transportation arrangements for employees and company visitors.
Handle hotel bookings and accommodation arrangements for company guests and employees.
Coordinate with transportation and accommodation service providers.
Monitor service quality, contracts, and related costs.
Catering & Facilities:
Coordinate cafeteria and catering services.
Ensure service quality and compliance with hygiene standards.
Follow up on catering contracts and employee satisfaction.
Security:
Oversee security services and ensure compliance with company safety and security policies.
Coordinate with security service providers and manage security staff performance.
Ensure proper access control, visitor management, and site security procedures.
