HR Recruitment Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, attracting top talent, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. You will play a key role in building high-performing teams and supporting the company’s growth.   Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring) Create and publish job ads on Wuzzuf and other recruitment platforms Source candidates using databases, social media, and headhunting techniques Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process Ensure a positive candidate experience Prepare job offers and handle negotiations Maintain recruitment reports and KPIs Support employer branding initiatives
