Overview: As a Human Resource Administrative Assistant, you will be at the heart of our HR operations, ensuring smooth and efficient administrative processes. Your expertise will directly impact our ability to attract, retain, and support our valuable employees, making every day both challenging and fulfilling. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain accurate employee records and HR databases with meticulous attention to detail. Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters. Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Handle social insurance procedures and other governmental requirements. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team, including drafting correspondence and preparing reports. Ensure compliance with Egyptian Labour Law in all HR practices. Utilize Microsoft Office suite and ERP Software effectively for daily tasks. Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures. Skills & Technologies: You will leverage your proficiency in Microsoft Office, your deep understanding of Labour Law, and your experience with Recruitment, Payroll, and Social Insurance.
