Assist in full recruitment cycle: posting jobs, screening, scheduling interviews.
Maintain employee files, contracts, and HR database.
Track daily attendance, leaves, and overtime reports.
Support payroll preparation with accurate data and documentation.
Handle onboarding and offboarding processes professionally.
Prepare HR letters, memos, and administrative reports.
Support HR policies implementation and employee relations activities.
Coordinate with Social Insurance and Labor Office when needed.
