Responsibilities
Manage and maintain employee files, contracts, and personnel documentation.
Oversee attendance, leaves, vacations, and shift/roster records.
Supervise onboarding/offboarding documentation and related procedures.
Follow up on personnel-related requests and coordinate with departments.
Support payroll processing by providing accurate attendance/leave and employee updates.
Prepare periodic personnel reports (attendance, leave balances, manpower updates, etc.).
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain strict confidentiality of employee data.
