Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
Lead mass hiring projects for retail roles (e.g., Sales Associates, Beauty Advisors, Store Managers)
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and workforce planning
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies across multiple channels
Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure the best fit
Coordinate and manage interview processes with stakeholders
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing hiring needs
Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience
Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
Maintain accurate data on ATS and recruitment reports
Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws
