Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle for blue-collar and white-collar positions in line with manpower plans
Coordinate with department managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and hiring priorities
Handle job postings, CV screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding processes
Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies, Egyptian Labor Law No. 12 of 2003, and Freezone regulations
Act as the main HR contact for recruitment and staffing matters
Follow up on onboarding and probation periods to ensure successful integration
Maintain recruitment trackers, CV databases, and hiring reports
Monitor recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, hiring efficiency, and manpower fulfillment
Support employee relations cases when required
Assist in general HR operations and HR initiatives as needed
